Career Counseling Techniques Training
for Coaches and Therapists

 

New Training Program Starting:
 

Learn from a professionally trained and certified Career and Executive Coach how to expand what you offer your clients.  This is a 7-week program that will introduce professional career counseling techniques that can be immediately used with your clients for their career and job search issues. 
 

Proposed Topics Are:

• The Search Process

• Assessment Instruments and Exercises

• Resume Creation

• Other Search Tools: Pitch, Networking Profile

• Networking

• Other Search Methods: Ads, Agencies, Direct Contact

• Successful Interviewing

 

 

Each session will include:

• a presentation of a topic with a template of relevant forms, when appropriate

• a group discussion of practical applications of the technique/topic

• sharing of resources

• discussion of client issues

 

Details are:

• Place: TBD, Manhattan (in person workshop) and/or teleconference

 

• 2 groups:

  • A) Tuesdays 7-8:30pm: starting April 21

  • B) Wednesdays 2-3:30pm: starting April 29

 

Pricing:
Early Bird Special: If you pay in full by March 25, cost is $525 ($75/session).
After March 25, cost is $630 ($90/session)

It is expected that ICF CEUs will be available.
